“I felt unsafe. The door jamb had been broken before. It was repaired but seeing the brokenness of it made it un nerving. It was not new but an older repair. The room was clean, no complaint there. ”

“Property was in an unsafe area, abandoned, looking abandoned cars in parking lot people living under the trees never stayed at the property when I seen it. I didn’t feel safe.”

“The hotel in and of itself was nice. When we got to our room and tried to make out our sofa bed it was broken. It took me forever to get through to the front desk and when I did, they did offer to bring up a rollaway bed immediately, which was great, but it only slept one. Next while in the bedroom, there was a light on the outside of the building and you could not block it out to the inside of the bedroom so half the bedroom was lit up.”
