Second day, after whole day work outside and returned the room, bed was made and bottle water refilled, however, toilet was dirty but not cleaned, long hair on bathtub (I……

“Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güzeryüzlüydü. Otel çok temiz ve bakımlı. Odada minibar, kettle ve çay kahve vardı. Her gün su yenilendi. Her gün havlular yenilendi ve oda temizlendi. Otelin konumu çok iyi. Metro Çankaya durağının bir sokak ilerisinde, tramvay Gazi Bulvarı durağının karşısında. Ayrıca konak iskeleye de Alsancak’a da yürüme mesafesinde. Otel asansörlü, odalar geniş.”

“Stayed in Izmir for 3 days as a first timer, the hotel is in a convenient location, easy to walk to major attractions. Junior suite was spacious and clean, everything looked quite new. The room also included iron and ironing board, and a jacuzzi. The only downside is the AC, there is only one airway located in the walk way, but not really inside the bedroom, so it can get pretty warm, and takes a lot of time to cool down the room with the AC turned up. Also a lot of power outlets weren’t working……

“The hotel is extremely clean and all of the staff are wonderful and very sweet. They always tried their best to help us even if they had to go out of their way. For example, after were checked out and went to wait for our uber on the street, they ran after us to give us bottles of water. The sweetest people”
