“This place is magic. Immaculate presentation, sprawling grounds, framing the landscape perfectly with so much to explore and enjoy. The house is magnificently appointed and so hospitable and excellent communication with the property manager who was lovely. Couldn’t recommend this property more!”

“The house is lovely, exactly as listed. Unfortunately, once you arrive there are some additional rules and challenges that are not disclosed on the booking site. The home has signs posted throughout about keeping noise to a minimum, which we noted but didnt think much about. As a group of four adults in our fifties and a 12 year old, we assumed normal conversation and use would be fine.... We had a relaxing swim in the pool, took in the view and a BBQ. Unfortunately at 9:35pm, the next door……

Then we went in pool then site manager came and said come out from Pool Bcz neighbours are complaining and she disconnected all lights of house and pool . I call her to turn on light after that and she said you can do by yourself. She also said you can leave the house if you want . We went upstairs then and had……

“Our 3 night stay was just magnificent,we enjoyed the outlook from the back deck of the property.Relaxing in the outdoor spa whether it be day or night was calming & tranquil.Agnes is very informative of all the local Restaurants & community which is always very helpful.There are a great number of music CD’s & movie CD’s to keep you entertained if need be. The only draw back to the area of Bellingen is mobile phone service is crap & we didn’t have any reception at our accommodation.The only……
