The room was dirty. Pool wasn't working. The breakfast suppose to get every morning was horrible unless you wanted to share with the reat of the hotel guest. The place seemed like they let their families stay in the room and it was set up for them. There was a hairdryer in oir bathroom that was falling off the wall it was mounted to. This place didn't look anything like the pictures in advertis online and they should get some English speaking staff as well. I would never recommend this place to anyone

Because of the convenience, we stayed in this hotel since my son had a soccer game in the area. When we arrived, the receptionist was on a call on her airpods, talking to me simultaneously and repeating my name so whoever on the other side could listen to the conversation and my personal information. That was very weird. Then, when we got to the first room, it was dirty and had a strong cigarette smell; I asked to change rooms; the 2nd room was filthy and had a weird smell. I couldn't ask to change it again because we needed to leave due to the time of the game; otherwise, I would have asked to change it again. They served breakfast that was not appealing at all. My son left items in the room, and I called to ask if the room service crew find the items and I was told that nothing was there… Overall, it was one of the worst places I have ever stayed; it was extremely expensive for the disgusting place.

The bed seemed clean. Everything else was disappointing. Walls and ceilings were patched and not painted. The bathroom door was rotting. The room smelled bad and never figured out like what😟. The curtains were dirty, the carpet was patched. The provided blow dryer did not work. There wS stuff smeared on the headboard. It felt dirty in the room. The common area was not inviting and all the tables in the common are were broken. I definitely would NOT recommend.

The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful, however the staff who cleaned the room left a half bottle of used lotion for us and still did not replace it when we requested the room to be cleaned. They did not replace the coffee and condiments, nor the bottled water either, when they cleaned the room. The breakfast was horrible so we walked to the McDonald’s for breakfast.

As soon as u opened the door to my room the pungent smell of very hard to bear, I had to open my window right away (which didn’t help much) one of the lamp shads were ripped off and the window blinds were tied up with a plastic bag, and it also looked like it wasn’t dusted at all! I went down to the costume service desk and explain my situation! I was moved to another room which was nicer, cleaner and better, until I went to take shower! The bathtub didn’t drain ! So I went to the service desk! We didn’t want to move bc we already did! But the next person had to go shower in the next room! Truly not a pleasant experience! I feel I should get full refund for this experience! Also the pool was under inspection and was not available!

This was our first disappointment in 10 days on the road. The room showed evidence of previous water damage and had a musty odor with overtones of disinfectant. Not happy but we didn't have any choice but to stay.

Kinda run down but seemed clean. Continental breakfast was poor. But there was a nice restaurant across the street. I needed to ask to have the sheets changed as there was some blood on them that I didn’t c until the next morning. The did promptly change them.

Pros: charming older building with a cool layout, bottled water and Starbucks in the room Cons: no curtain or privacy on window in bathroom which faces out to busy street and gas station, nothing available to drink at breakfast besides coffee, items which should be refrigerated were not (butter was warm and melty), pool was "closed" which broke our hearts

Don’t bother with the continental breakfast unless you want cereal. My room coffee pot was too dirty to use, but it was fairly clean otherwise. They don’t even have conditioner or body wash in the room. The towels were rough sandpaper. This place is in disrepair. The walls in my room were in terrible shape. The pool is closed. There is almost no soundproofing. I will not return.

Older hotel, but very clean and quiet. While the rooms and common areas are dated, the bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Parking is plentiful and convenient. Staff is firm about the 3 pm check in even if room is ready, so don’t show up early. I’d return if I needed an inexpensive home base for visiting the area. It’s not convenient for Boston proper but the surrounding towns are quaint and historic.
