House is quite old and charming - built in 1815. It's been updated with modern kitchen amenities and is very comfortably furnished. Neighborhood is quiet, although within the house you can here some from the other apartments - tho' that should be expected if you want the charm of a historic house. Cesar was an attentive, but entirely non-intrusive host, responded very quickly to questions and resolved the one minor issue i encountered within minutes.

First time to Salem

The apartment was clean, a little on the small size but it worked for us(4 adults). Most things were with in driving, did walk to a nice bar on Derby St. The host was great, answered our questions within a short time. Would recommend to anyone visiting Salem.

We had a wonderful time in Salem. The host was remarkable with instructions and advice. Very comfortable beds and clean. The location was perfect for walking to the areas we wanted to visit. The neighborhood is beautiful and very safe. Would recommend. The unit is upstairs if that is an issue for anyone.

The apartment is clean and spacious, with two bedrooms, a large kitchen, and good-sized dining room. It's quite close to the House of the Seven Gables, which I wanted to visit. It's a little outside the main business area, but a short walk to Mercy Tavern and the Wolf Next Door coffee shop, both of which I enjoyed.
