It was Awful. Honestly subpar all around. Generally don’t expect much from Hotels and motels when I travel. This place was uninhabitable.

The room smelled like marijuana. The stove's burners' were rusty. The light in the bathroom was hanging down from its electrical wires. The mattress on the bed was thin and did not have a box spring. Food was on the walls in several places and food was also in the sink. Additionally, there was a leaflet on the table that said we would need to leave the hotel from 10:30 to noon. This was because Ecolab would be there. For bed bugs? This place was absolutely disgusting. We ended up leaving and just paying for another hotel which cost us an additional 471.00. I am still waiting for our refund of 267.00.

Very friendly and helpful staff, there is some neglect in the hotel facilities. There are many opportunities for improvement that don't necessarily cost a lot of money and would make a difference.

One of the most disgusting hotels I have ever stayed at. The dishwasher appeared kicked in, the stove top was missing and open to the inside, we found 4 dead cockroaches in the room and one live one, the toilet had to be plunged to flush, and there was not even a shower curtain on the shower. The front desk told us it would be a wait if we did not come get it, and had to put it on ourselves, and the person working said she was off duty and didn't want to help until my partner made a scene. Two of the three in my party stayed elsewhere due to horrible conditions. My partner demanded our money back just to get the run around to call back to speak the the manager and then be told they wouldn't be in for a few days. The area seems fine, the outside of this hotel is misleading. A horrible experience. Do not stay here!!

I have traveled a lot and I have never had where not only did I have to have my photo id scanned into the computer but also the person that was traveling with me. Then we were given a room that was used and dirty so they changed rooms bed was hard as a rock. Everything else was just about average. You get what you pay for!

This hotel is disgusting! I am fighting for a refund. There is no breakfast. I was told nobody ordered anything. The room smelled like garbage. The pullout sofa bed was dirty, smelled and had a rotting out hole under the mattress. No one was availabe at the front desk in the morning. We just left and stayed somewhere else for the remainder of the trip. I can't describe enough how terrible this place is!!!

They don't care about customer. I booked my room, and they charged me and confirm my booking so the day of the check-in when I am on my way an agent called me to notify me that my reservation has been transferred to another location with same confirmed reservation because all rooms are sold out; after discussion I went to the other location i they don't find my reservation after waiting 1hour nothing. So, I back to the principal almost midnight and it was cold outside after good verification un employe put me in the room where I booked which is I appreciated her help but that's not supposed to be done like that for any changes should be done before not same check in day and make sure everything set before let the customers know.
