This was a lovely hotel, and the food in the restaurant for dinner was amazing. A tapas themed restaurant that excel.
My problem is the next morning when I went to have breakfast with my son, his girlfriend, and her parents and the seating at the table for eight that we had a reservation at looked very uncomfortable, the seats were very high, the table was low and I knew my son‘s girlfriend‘s mother would not be comfortable so I asked the manager to please seat us somewhere else. There was a possibility of pushing tables together or a large dining room to the side and I asked could we sit there? He said no he said they couldn’t push tables together because they would lose seating which doesn’t make any sense and they wouldn’t seat us in the private dining room because it was set for dinner….. and it was 11:30 AM so this was very rude and when I said to him, the seating was very uncomfortable, he told me that was the first person that had ever said that. What happened to the customers always right, what happened to try to make your guest as comfortable as possible? So I recommend the hotel. I wish the hotel would speak to this man and tell him that’s not how you treat people, SHOTTY is the word for it.
