I had to pay for parking it was $28 a day. The beds were the most uncomfortable thing i have ever laid on and staff mixed up mine and someone else reservation and needed to charge me twice for parking and i had to wait days for the money to return for the first charge. You had to call down and let them know if you needed housekeeping no matter how long you were there for. It was clean through out the hotel though just an annoying added step to get towels and toilet paper.

Very nice hotel. I spent one night for a conference at Suffolk. It was easy to take public transportation to/from the hotel. Good options around the hotel for food.

The location is excellent, close to the Redline and commuter rail. Plenty if dining options. The room I was given was on the second floor but I did not hear any street noise. Though the room is small but it was well designed. I had a very comfortable night. Thank you.

This was my first time in Boston, so I can't compare against other hotels in this city, but I thought it was a quaint hotel. My first impression when I walked in the lobby was good. The room was clean and had what I needed, but it was dark and boring. No decor, everything was brown, no pops of color... not my style. The mattress was too firm for my taste. I did like that they only clean your room upon request. You don't have to worry about the cleaning crew walking into your room every day. Overall a good experience, not wonderful, but not bad.

Nice place, rooms are a bit small, not a lot of amenities, but rooms were clean and modern. Consider adding streaming capabilities to the TVs as an enhancement so customers can log on to there own accounts.

A fantastic location right on the Red Line, with everything you could need close by: a 24-hour CVS, Target, Caffe Nero, restaurants, etc. Margeaux, the hotel restaurant, is absolutely exceptional and worth a splurge. On the other hand, it's a bare-bones hotel. No breakfast options, no gym (one is available down the street), coffeemakers in the rooms but nowhere else, not much storage, etc. All that said, the bed was comfortable, the staff was helpful, the shower water was hot and plentiful, and the location will probably have us coming back again!
