I liked the view of the ocean, and proximity to the beach! I thought the restaurant was ok, but a little pricey.. What I didn’t like-Upon check-in on the late shift, the gentleman behind the desk had no clue what he was doing.. said he was going to put a 50 dollar hold against my card for incidentals, and some how, charged my card $730 dollars, which actually took 8 days to be refunded!! Pretty much ruined our trip!! After his mistake, I had 4 charges from my bank, for overdraft fees, which cost me another 140 dollars.. Lisa, the general manager, was very sweet, and tried very hard to fix things, but her hands were tied on what she could do.. But she was a bright spot for the hotel..
