Not too bad although the room is really small. In addition, I am very sure my power line was left at my room when I checked out the hotel. But when I called back the hotel, they said they didn't find anything in my room when I left. A few days later, we stayed at other Staypineapple in Seattle. Similar things happened. One of my friend left a small gift on the sofa at the lobby and left for just 5 minutes. But he went back to the lobby, the small gift was gone. Then he went to the front desk, but front desk said they didn't collect any thing from the sofa. Although the thing was missing was not very expensive. However, I felt their staff is very careless and doesn't care about guests' feelings. I think their management level should pay attention to this and try to raise customers' faith in the hotel.

I found this cute hotel on accident. That staff was super helpful, the hotel was clean, and for a 25$ donation you can take home an adorable puppy stuffed animal and the proceeds go to animal rescues.

Okay this hotel was a good stay for someone who plans on going out for most of their stay & just needs a warm place to shower and sleep. Very modern looking everywhere which I absolutely loved. I didn’t really get to experience the staff to speak on them but during check-in/out, they were pleasant and straight to the point. My issue is, There is no parking, no microwave or refrigerator which made it difficult for us to eat any of our food. I’m guessing they’d prefer their guest to eat at their bar. During check-in We were offered coffee and cookies at the bar which equated to 2 complimentary drinks disc that they hand out, you could choose either from the bar or non alcoholic drinks from the cooler they’ve got by the desk. Decent choices but overall I would’ve preferred the microwave and refrigerator. Simply because I was there for my daughter’s birthday and all the stuff that needed to be refrigerated had to go in the trash including her birthday cake. All the stuff we ordered we couldn’t eat because it was cold so overall we wasted more money than anything staying here. However the beds were cozy, the blankets were a little “worn” they didn’t look very hotelyyy. More like an old blanket from home. I would stay there again for a day but not more than that. This hotel gets a 7/10 from me!

The theme was very cute and the room was cozy. Staff was friendly and hospitable. The bathroom however was way too small for any sized human being. There is no accessible parking apart of or near the hotel which is a huge inconvenience in the middle of Boston.

This was my second time staying at the Stay Pineapple in Boston. It's a fine hotel, but it might not be for a light sleeper like myself. The restaurant downstairs is convenient, and the area around the hotel is the best in Boston. If you can get a good deal, this is a great place to stay if you're looking to be near the south end. If things like road noise (or the CPAP machine in the room next door) are going to keep you up, there are probably better options.

Such an adorable property. Friendly staff and we even met Dakota the Bernese Mountain Dog puppy who was napping in the front. Seems like a very dog-friendly hotel and I love that you can adopt the plush doggo in the rooms!
