The location was amazing. Great central location to just about everything you want to do. The bed is comfortable, and the cleaning staff does a pretty good job of making the room and restocking.
We noticed that the city or at least this building has pretty soft water. Takes a bit to get used to.
Unfortunately, there were a lot of events around the area, and the front counter doesn't seem to know when the events end. Luckily they ended around 10:00 pm, but if you're looking to get an early night, good luck.
The window seals on our windows were not great so you could hear EVERYTHING outside.
There was paint chipping in the bathroom and some other parts of the bedroom.
I found mold by the shower which i have shared some photos.
The shower temperature knob and cover plate came off when we used it. Water pressure was pretty low for the shower, but extremely high for the sink. The sink doesn't seem to drain so great when turned on even more than 10% on. So you're better off letting the water come out slowly.
The lights and some chromed parts of the bathroom showed quite a bit of rust.
Lastly, they took the coffee pot, but not the machine. So if you wanted to use it, you'd have to pay for it? Not sure what the point of that was. They tell you that you can get bottles of water, but when we asked, they said they ran out. So we brought back a 12 pack of water from Walgreens. Overall it was OK, but I don't know if I would ever be able to give it 5 stars.
