We went to a concert at TD & this is super convenient to the arena . The rooms are beautiful, great location. I didn’t experience the restaurant. The gym is pretty good- tread, peloton, weights - but tiny. The staff at check in was clueless and dismissive. That is probably my biggest complaint. Otherwise, a great stay.

Hotel very close to North Station, TD Garden. Excellent lcation. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room had all the essentials. It was clean. The only thing was, we stayed for 3 nights & the cleaning ladies often came at 3/4pm while we were still in the room. Our room was never cleaned for the duration of our stay.

Clean boutique hotel with friendly staff and easy check-in. Comfortable beds with cool, crisp bedding. Good location; most of the popular city destinations were a half-mile walk.

Très bien dans l'ensemble. Une petite note concernant mon arrivée. Je comprends bien l'anglais, mais je ne le parle pas très bien. Je me débrouille. Je l'ai mentionné d'emblée à la réceptionniste afin qu'elle prenne en compte de ce détail lorsqu'elle me communique les informations. Elle a viré les yeux et elle a soupiré. Elle a pris un air exaspéré et elle était complètement condescendante. C'est pour cette raison que j'ai mis trois etoiles concernant le service. Pour le reste, c'était très bien. Il y a un stationnement à trois minutes de marche (le mentionné à la réception que vous désirez un stationnement. Ils vont rentrer vos informations).

This hotel is super cute. Our room was pretty tiny but the proximity to the TD Garden is what makes this the real winner. If you are super sensitive to noise the water running through the pipes is quite loud. It never woke me up but it was annoying when we were relaxing in our room. As far as noise goes, we never heard anyone in the hallway.

Convenient, clean and upscale place to stay in Boston. Rooms not large but well designed for comfort. Restaurant was very good.

great location close to td garden but showed up and hour and a half past check in and my room wasnt ready also had a staff member up front who was really rude. the actual room was nice once we got in.

When you don’t run into these issues they are was decent however… we did a 3 night stay. First night went well, 2nd night we were woken up with some bug bites on my wife’s legs. Promptly we got a new room. Then promptly we found our replacement room had a broken ac. Then promptly we received a 3rd room. 3rd room has no issues on the third night. The hotel did comp our whole stay plus as meal and was responsible with how they handled it plus did our laundry.

Front desk sent us to our room , we went in and it was occupied , 😳 . The girl at the desk was helpful but the manager was swearing and I wasn’t ready for that , they need to rethink who is accepting guest , after all they are the first impression of the Boxer . I’ve stayed here before and it was a great experience needless to say a little embarrassed for them .

Last minute wedding in my family so we got in at 1 AM and left the same day by 11 AM. I wanted to eat breakfast at the attached café a little before 10 AM before I had to leave for the wedding at 10:45, but I only got my meal at 10:40 so I had to choke it down.. understaffed Café and the people at the front desk were disorganized, even though they were trying very hard to be accommodating. I don’t like the fact that the system of having my bags kept at the front desk, basically meant they were thrown in plain sight behind the front desk, where anybody could’ve walked off with him with nobody noticing. In addition to not getting my 20% off my food at the café in the morning, as I said, it took too long to get to me. There was only one person serving everyone in the café.
