“The property is very clean and well kept. You are given towels and you have full use of the kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. I'd like to recommend this to the owners of the property: Put a towel in the kitchen. You have to call them so they can give you a code to the key, it'd be so much convenient to maybe add a whatsapp option or even email as not everybody has a UK phone number and not everybody can communicate in English. ”

“Great place. Plenty of room. Clean and tidy. Great for children plenty of toys and play area outside. Great location to go to the beach. We cycled to Mablethorpe and blessed with fantastic weather. The pub in the village had nice good but the manager didn’t like visitors or as he termed them tourists and didn’t make us feel welcome but his loss as we still had a good time at other locations. ”
