“Terrible experience. The agent told us YOU did not communicaye our booking and that she never received it. We had to find other accomodation , at exhorbitant prices, because we had no choice. This is the busiest time of the year. Did you communicate my booking. Did she mess it up? Im extremely unsatisfied. We now sit in a little house far away from the sea, at an exorbitantly inflated rate.”

“Our visit formed to a stressful start after Ristine phoned us to tell we were double booked for Lodge 70. However within an hour she had found us alternative accommodation and we had a lovely stay at Pinnacle Point. Ristine was always available and helpful, and when we really appreciated her calmness and ability to sort out the problem. If we visit Pinnacle Point again we will certainly use Ristine for our accommodation ”
