“The host spoiled a central part of our trip to South Africa cancelling our stay short term. Expedia did not offer an alternative accommodation. Instead of staying there for ten days we had to book three different places because everything was booked out in the high season. “We initially felt unsafe here . This was probably not a fair assessment- it was based on how we felt that day . We did leave the hotel to stay somewhere else as I was feeling anxious. We return the next morning abd the staff had been really worried about us . They had explained that security was very high . We were taken about about how much they cared .
