It's a great concept and conveniently located. Unfortunately, the place needs a lot of love. I was first placed in room 119 and quickly found out the sink didn't drain. Staff was super attentive and effient, they immediately moved me to room 115. This room too had issues, the shower did not work, the shower handle couldn't be opened. I only stayed one night before I returned to Denver (driving distance), so it wasn't a big deal for me, but it would be a problem for other people.
I'm not sure if we had a very active person upstairs or if there was a dog, but you could hear every step anyone took and it was loud. Also not an issue for me, I'm a deep sleeper, but also putting it out there.
