This is a lower level apartment with a PRIVATE entrance & key. 2 Full bedrooms with 1 FULL bathroom. There is also a Full Eat-in Kitchen plus Dinette & Living Room with a Large TV with Cable. Wireless internet provided. Lots of off-street parking.

There is a QUEEN bed in one room and 2 TWINS in the other.

I will provide start-up staples; toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, conditioner, etc.

No pets or smoking of any kind allowed.

Our property in Longmont was perfect for our needs. It is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood that is only a few blocks from main street and all the shops, restaurants etc. Longmont has to offer. The property was clean, cozy and quiet during our stay. It was furnished with everything we needed. All appliances and electronics were in perfect working order. Darine (D), our host, was extremely attentive to our needs. We had some mechanical issues with the rental car at the onset of our stay, and Darine actually offered (and provided) a ride a couple times while we sorted out the car trouble. D was friendly, hospitable and responsive to all communication prior to and during our stay. We'd highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to Longmont!

A surcharge of $50 will be charged for each additional guest after 2 guests. Please be aware we are only renting for the summer months. This property is occupied in the winter. Thanks!!!
