- No shoes inside. Please place your shoes in the shoe tray by the door.

- Only toilet paper in the toilets. Disposing of anything else, such as feminine hygiene products or paper towels, can clog our pipes.

- Never leave any food outside of trash bags, as we live in bear country and they're happy to eat whatever they can find.

- Throw away any leftovers. Please don't leave them in the fridge or cupboards. They can attract pests or spoil.

- No smoking. Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, recreational drugs) is strictly prohibited inside or outside of our home.

- No grilling or fire pit on high wind days. The risk of fire is too high.

- Strip the beds before you leave. This will help us keep the house clean and fresh for the next guests.

- No visitors without permission. Please let us know if you'd like to have guests over.

Clean and great location.

This house is in a great quiet neighborhood. Across the street is a nice walking path around Wonderland Lake and there’s access to trails into the foothills. very clean. I would stay there again.

As pictured, peaceful neighborhood

Chip was super communicative and the house was immaculate. Easy access to a beautiful trail for outdoor time. The house is town house like; 3 stories with kitchen on first, bedrooms on second and wash on third floor. The kids room has 2 twins which was perfect for our daughters. Worked well for a family of four!!
