“From the very beginning we could tell the hotel was going to be terrible, we booked a pool view room and got a dank and dark ground floor room. We stayed five nights. We complained about the room on the second day because you could hear everyone else's septic waste running through our bathroom, very loudly. The gentleman really didn't care and did nothing about it, wouldn't even change our room, just said "it's the same in every room" . Every night until 1am the children of the family who run……

“There was a problem with the type of the accommodation but finally when the manager involved we received the right type as per the booking. Even we needed to wait until 7pm to get in the accommodation. Only one guy from the reception was very polite but the rest didn’t show the correct attitude to us as clients. Also it appeared that there is communication between the office and the person who is responsible for the check out procedure. The guy arrived at 9am even I said 3 times that I want to……

“Die Klimaanlage würde central abgestellt. Keine Möglichkeit, dass der Kunde die Temperatur in seinem Zimmer selber regulieren kann. Da draussen gab es 20-22°C, I Zimmer tagsüber 28°C. Die s.g. "Black-out Vorhänge" nutzen nichts - ausser verdunkeln das Zimmer. ”

“Hotel is getting ready to close for the winter so it was a little empty but the food was ample and good, the staff are amazing. I forgot my uk to eu adapter and they loaned me one. ”

“My husband and I stayed for one night and found this all inclusive hotel fantastic. You are welcomed by the most friendliest concierge people. The room is clean and quiet. You have an array of delicious all-inclusive food and drinks (alcoholic drinks of their local brands are included as well!). The walk to the old town is just simply calming and beautiful. It’s a 5-10 minute walk so the location is ideal. Parking is easy (paid 12levs). We will definitely be back! ”
