“We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home right on the river! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were incredible — we loved sitting outside in the evenings and watching the river flow by. It was peaceful, private, and exactly what we were hoping for.What really made the experience stand out was how responsive and helpful the owner was. When we had a minor issue with the A/C, they got back to us immediately and had it resolved……

“House is 2 houses in one which I didn’t realize when booking. We literally had an adult kitchen and a kids kitchen and living room. Everything was great. House was well equipped with pretty much everything you need. Trash take out was confusing but the agent was helpful with that at the end of our stay. House is pretty spectacular. ”

“This property does not disappoint! Stayed with a group of 8 and had plenty of comfortable space for all. The owners are super nice, very proactive and responsive. The home is beautiful and the views from the back patio are some of the best we have seen in Parker. A/C works awesome on both floors. It was 114 degrees during our stay and everyone was very comfortable. The accessible "in-law suite" on the first floor was perfect for my parents to relax and get quiet time away when needed. Kitchen……

“This is a great house. The kitchen is well appointed. TV was easy to use. There was a nice collection of amenities, even poker chips. The beds are all very comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. The game room and bar in the converted garage is nice. The best part of the house is the beautiful deck. Very nice to sit out there and watch the river go by. The downstairs bar is nice too. The dock is practically brand new and was perfect for out two wave runners. The water is not very deep……

“We throughly enjoyed our stay at this unique desert cabin. The cabin was clean and well-maintained, as was the property. The front porch was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the desert sunset. The parking worked perfectly for us since we were pulling a small trailer. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner communicated quickly and clearly. We would stay at this property again and highly recommend it.”
