“La atención y acogida por parte del personal a la llegada fue excelente. El acceso a la habitación a partir de las 17h para mi gusto es un poco tardío, pero aceptable. Tanto el hotel como la habitación estaban muy bien aclimatados y todo limpio, excepto la vajilla, que no estaba muy limpia. Tuvimos que lavar todo lo que queríamos utilizar. Nosotros estábamos en la primera planta y no se oía nada de ruido, pudimos descansar muy bien, así que recomendable!”

“We stayed at Hotel Val de Ruda for eight nights to ski and experience the region. The hotel staff was exceptional; friendly, professional, going above and beyond to see that we had a pleasant, relaxing stay. When a larger room opened, Inma offered it to us for the remainder of our stay. Melania and the entire dining staff made sure we tasted the traditional liqueurs and dishes of the Valley. The breakfasts were wonderful and dinners exceptional. A five minute walk to the main Baqueria gondola……

“Buen hotel, había un pequeño problema con la ventana y avisamos manteniento. Tiene un parking gratis justo delante, aunque en temporada alta no será tan fácil aparcar. Les avisamos que en Google maps aparecían en 2 direcciones de Viella. Trato muy amable y cordial. Spa pequeño pero bien. ”
