One bedroom, one bath efficiency apartment. You have the whole apartment to yourself. It is approximately 560 sq ft. It is close to Howard Payne University and town. Quiet neighborhood and quiet neighbors. This unit is on the street side, and has covered parking spaces in the back of the house. You can sleep 2 people here. Amazing lil home away from home 💕

Great Place

This was my first Vrbo say. The efficiency apartment met all my needs with easy and safe access. The location was close to Howard Payne. The host was very communicative and quickly responded to emails. I would absolutely request this location again the next time I am in Brownwood.

Cute & Cozy

This was a perfect getaway spot. Very affordable compared to most places around, and gives me a reason to continuously book here. It was so cute and cozy. The bed was very comfortable, but it could use a bed frame that doesn't squeak every time you roll over in your sleep. I will be booking this stay again. Very cute!

Comfortable and cozy

I had a wonderful stay this week. The apartment is fully stocked with everything you need. The owner even messaged me when it snowed asking if I needed more blankets. The bed is extremely comfortable as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall a good property.

Good small apartment. Great for one person or a couple. However, the bed makes creaking noises with every small movement. Gave cleanliness 3 out of 5 stars because there were several nats in the kitchen when I arrived. For the price, it is a good property.

Close to HPU

We chose this place to stay while we were moving our daughter into HPU. It is clean and cozy. We loved the yummy muffins and treats. The only drawback was that the bed and furniture were uncomfortable.
