This stunning 5500 SQ FT custom home is situated on 11 acres just outside the city limits of Arroyo Grande. Our home features a salt water heated pool, hot tub, full gym, basketball court, pickle ball court, outdoor area for corn hole, ping pong, and pure relaxation...a perfect retreat for family and friends! Located on the desirable Central Coast of California our home sits up high on the hills and has beautiful distant ocean views as well as endless valley views.
Situated just minutes from beaches, lakes, breathtaking hiking trails with spectacular ocean views, restaurants, world class wineries, water slide park, zip line and ropes course, as well as the beautiful Historic Village of Arroyo Grande. The Central Coast has become a desirable place for the most spectacular weddings and our home has become the perfect place to accommodate family and friends traveling here. A most memorable vacation destination!

***Located in the heart of the breathtaking Central Coast wine country and just 3 miles from the award winning Talley Vineyards***

Our home is 2 stories with two sets of staircases. The Master Bedroom is located on the first floor along with the family, room, living room, kitchen, and laundry room. The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, loft, 800sf suite that sleeps 6 with full bathroom, library, pool table and gym. You will feel as if you are at a spa as you relax and experience the heated salt water pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, multiple fire tables, basketball court, pickle ball court, ping pong table, corn hole board and views for miles!

There is no AC...most homes on the Central Coast do not have them because the weather averages 70 degrees year round. It's what makes this area so desirable.

***Please note that the pool is heated. In late Spring, Summer, and Fall months the pool temperature stays consistently in the mid to high 80’s sometimes reaching 90 degrees. In the Winter and early Spring months however it is affected by outside temperatures. When temperatures drop to low degrees at night it can affect the overall pool temperature during the day and therefore can drop the pool temperature during the day to the mid to high 70’s. If temperatures heat up during the day the pool temperature will rise. The pool heater remains on but please be aware that outside temperatures can affect the pool temperature.

The basketball and pickle ball court has 25ft high outdoor lights for your use. Please turn them off when not using and do not leave them on overnight as they are very bright.

You will find a few doors, cabinets, closets, and garage locked. They are to remain locked so please do not try and access them. Armoires and cabinets are provided for your personal belongings.

*3 miles from the charming Historic Village of Arroyo Grande (boutique shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream, wine tasting, and the famous Swinging Bridge)

*6 miles to Lopez Lake (boating, swimming, fishing, water slides, zip line and ropes course)

*7 miles to Pismo State Beach drive-on beach. The only stretch of coastline in Central California where cars are allowed to drive on. 4 Wheel Drive vehicles strongly recommended!!

*7 miles to Pismo Beach (restaurants, seafood, pier, beach, shopping, bowling, billiard room, clam chowder, monarch butterflies, rooftop bar)

*10 miles to Avila Beach (wine tasting, pier, beach, shopping, concerts, electric bikes, Bob Jones walking/biking path)

*10 miles to San Luis Obispo (shopping, hundreds of wineries, restaurants, pubs, boutiques, art, plays, Madonna Inn, Cal Poly)

*30 miles to Montana de Oro State Park

*60 miles to Hearst Castle

You do not need to go very far to have the most amazing experience on the Central Coast! If you are coming to the Central Coast we would love to host you, your family, and friends!

Please note there are absolutely NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED on the property. Californians have suffered devastating losses from fires and it is peak fire season. Our home is located just outside the city limits in rural Arroyo Grande where fireworks are ILLEGAL all year long. They are not allowed on 4th of July or any day of the year. Anyone bringing fireworks on to the property or using any kind of fireworks will be asked to leave immediately and sheriffs may be called by host or surrounding neighbors. Please help us keep California fire free and protect lives, homes, wildlife, trees and vegetation. We appreciate your cooperation in following this strict rule.

A group of 16 of us had a great time getting together for a 20 year college reunion. The heated pool, the basketball court, the pickleball, ping pong and pool table were all put to good use. The kitchen is well stocked and the owners were extremely thoughtful to make sure you have plenty of towels and sheets. The view is incredible and we are already thinking about when we can come back!

This property is amazing! We were a group of 5 couples celebrating three "big" birthdays. There was ample space, lots to do, and every amenity you could think of available(hair ties!). The host was super responsive and gave us recommendations for a private chef, wine tours, and on site yoga. We had a blast! The property is as described and frankly is more beautiful in person--the views are incredible. The pool, fire puts(multiple), yard games, outdoor furniture, and multiple "hang out" spots were used by us ALOT. It was easy to get transport to the AG Village and Pismo too. Perfect place for a birthday weekend.

This home was an ideal setting for our annual family gathering. The host made us feel right at home. She was responsive to any questions we had and added special touches that made us feel so welcome. The outside spaces were perfect for teenagers and adults alike. The pool was amazing. The views are spectacular. The home is extremely clean, spacious and well stocked. It is clear that Patty and her family take great care to maintain the home and it's charm. There was plenty of room for us to spread out in the home or to be together. This amazing home is on top of the mountain. There are views from every window. The kitchen has everything you can possibly need to make a simple breakfast to an extravagant dinner. The backyard views are spectacular. The pool was the perfect temperature and the jacuzzi was also heated perfectly. I would highly recommended this home for a couple or a whole family reunion.

This house was perfect for our 3 generational family getaway! The house had plenty of room for our family (7 adults and 4 teens). The kids loved the pool, spa, ping pong table and pool table! We all loved the pickle ball court and we ended up playing it every day! So much fun. This house has plenty of activities for the whole family. We cooked most of our meals at the house and loved the Blackstone grill and wood burning BBQ! Thank you to Patty and the family for an amazing stay!

Our extended family just stayed here for a long weekend and had such a wonderful time! The host, Patty, has thought of everything! The home is beautiful and there are so many fun activities in the house, particularly the pool, hot tub, and Pickleball were big hits with our multi-age group! You really don’t need to leave, but if you do, the beach is not far and the small towns nearby are quaint and seem inviting. The kitchen is so well stocked that we happily cooked every meal and enjoyed comfortable al fresco meals nightly utilizing the many dining and seating areas. Patty was also incredibly accessible and answered all questions very promptly and kindly. Would love to make visiting this lovely home an annual tradition!

I thoroughly recommend this Oasis. We spent the weekend here and didn't leave once. The heated pool was amazing and so was the pickleball court. The hosts have really thought of everything when it comes to activities. I am very much looking forward to heading back there soon.

We have planned this trip a year ago. We have all looked at the website numerous times to see the amazing things to come. Everything was exactly what was in the website. I have 7 adults and 4 kids and the adults played so hard we all took naps. The pool was the big highlight ..then Pickle ball new to all of us , best game out there. The night lights were great cause evenings were cooler. My grandchild love finding the wild life illinois didn’t have. They enjoyed ping pong with me ,grandma...I love that it was away from town. Sceneries were amazing. Can’t say enough about this place. Thanks so much Patti, the complimentary wine and bread were a wonderful bonus. Highly Recommend ❤️

Oasis is really a very accurate word to describe this property. Every year, our family and 3 other families go on a trip together. This was the first year we booked something in the Central Coast and we're so glad we did. This property is beautiful with amazing views and a lot of amenities. It is well maintained, very clean and charmingly decorated. The pool is definitely a centerpiece of the property - we found ourselves not needing/wanting to go out because we all just wanted to hang around the pool and the house with all the different activities on-site. Everyone had fun playing pickle ball and basketball. There are thoughtful touches throughout the property like having a seating area that faces the sunrise. There is an array of different outdoor cooking grills - a regular propane grill, a wood-fired grill, a pellet smoker and a flattop griddle. Patricia, the host, is kind and very responsive. We had a lot of questions before we got up to the house and every time, she responded within an hour. At the end of our time, several people in our group expressed that they wished they could stay longer which is the best endorsement that I can think of.

My family booked the home for graduation as we had several coming for graduation. It was an amazing retreat and place to hang out and relax. Everything is as advertised plus more. We loved hanging by the fire pit, visiting and looking at the views. Would love to come again some day.

This is one property and home where pictures cannot capture the true elegance and beauty of the property. Add the world class service provided by the owner and you have a can't miss opportunity for a great time in the Arroyo Grande/SLO/Pismo area. Were in town for our sons wedding. We housed 4 generations in this home. We were very busy with wedding events but still found time to play pickle ball, swim and enjoy ending each evening in the hot tube watching the stars and moon rise over the ridge to the east. We will be back!

We had a wonderful experience from top to bottom at this beautiful property. Patty met us at check in to give us a property rundown, and we immediately felt her warmth and hospitality. The property was immaculately cared for, with every detail beautifully attended to. Our family especially enjoyed the pool area and all the games provided on the property.

Our stay here was perfect in every way, first the owner was a delight to work with she gave us recommendations for dinner, shopping, vineyards, farmer’s markets etc. The accommodations were super clean and plenty of everything! The kitchen is beyond well stocked, we ate in a lot and it was an absolute pleasure to cook not one thing we needed sharp knives too! I also asked the owner if she had a coffee bean grinder and milk frother she said no, but when we arrived it was there for us to have our morning coffees on front porch which has a views and beyond. The pool was wonderful jacuzzi as well, and Patricia met us at the property and explained proper use for everything. The games from pickle ball, corn hole, ping pong. baci ball and billiards will have all occupied , we played so much pickle ball I can’t tell you! They have 3 types of grills smoker, wood fired and gas too. The surrounding area is so quiet you wake to stillness, so peaceful and the views take your breath away. My family of 11 stayed here while traveling for my nephew's wedding. We had the most amazing week!! This property exceeded our expectations in every way. There was more than enough space for everyone to gather, relax, work, etc. The kitchen was very well stocked and made cooking a breeze. The pool and hot tub were our favorites and we spent a lot of time enjoying them. We also made good use of the ping pong, corn hole, basketball, pickle ball and pool table. The evenings were quite cool and breezy and we never felt like we needed A/C, even in July. Patty is an amazing host and very easy to communicate with. Every last detail was taken care of down to the fresh breads and treats when we arrived. We would absolutely stay here again and are already talking about planning another visit. Thanks for everything Patty!!

This past weekend my extended family came together at Patty's beautiful home to celebrate my parents 50th Anniversary and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience! From start to finish, everything about the home exceeded our expectations and it's all thanks to the St. Denis Family for opening their beautiful home to us. Patty is an outstanding host, so kind, welcoming and excellent with communication. We can't thank you enough for helping us create beautiful memories that we will forever cherish! As for this beautiful home, it's a little slice of paradise that has everything you need to have a blast...from the incredible pool and spa with endless views to all the fun games, corn hole, ping pong, pool table, basketball, pickle ball and plenty of board games we were thoroughly entertained! The kitchen is so well stocked with everything you need for cooking and we enjoyed an evening bbq utilizing both the gas grill and wood burning grill. Overall, we are beyond happy with our stay and so thankful to Patty and family for opening up their home to us. We are already planning when we can go back! Until next time! Thank you!!!

Our family joined to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. We canceled an Alaska cruise in 2020 (any guesses why?) and finally got on-board together for our 'land-cruise' in Arroyo Grande. We had high expectations from the listing, but our experience exceeded these expectations. The house has something for all ages and everyone was entertained, including the warm pool, basketball court, and multiple grilling options. Patty is a great host and responsive to any questions - also provided great references for a local chef to host our anniversary meal. We've stayed at many VRBO's, and this house is truly exceptional for the care and attention to details. Already looking forward to my parent's 60th anniversary - hope we'll have a chance to stay again soon.
