“We had an amazing time at the log cabin. Peter was the best property manager we have dealt with. Everything was clean and instructions were clear. We ended up staying for a couple of snow days and the cabin was equipped with everything from cooking to snow removal. Thank you Peter and family again for an amazing stay. ”

“We had a lovely three night stay at the Roxbury cabin. The home was about twenty minutes to Belleayre. Website was accurate and the rooms were spacious and everything was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely stay her again. ”

“We had a great weekend escape from NYC and enjoyed skiing during the day and enjoying the beautiful fireplace at night. The host was extremely attentive and responsive and made sure the driveway was properly cleared so we could get in and out. Charming decoration and very cozy vibe!”

“Attended 2024 Cooperstown Baseball tournament at the ALLSTAR VILLAGE fields. We were happy to get away from the fields as we wanted both to be 30 mins away from fields but also peace and beauty. This is a great spot for families attending the tournament, about 30 mins away and lots to entertain younger siblings. Host Rena was great with communication and flexible with our baseball schedule and additional guest/pet needs. We would stay here again and would recommend for families attending……

“We had a great time during our stay. The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable for our family. Communication with the host was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking with a nice little market about 5 minutes away. Proximity to Windham mountain was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend!”

“My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!”
