“Insgesamt gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Bad zum Schwimmen. Mobilheim sauber und funktionell. Die Klimaanlage war sehr angenehm. Großer Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler. Cafeteria zum Kaffee kochen vorhanden. Wer Filterkaffee mag, unbedingt Filter und Filtertüten mitbringen. Nutzt und bietet niemand in Italien an. .😉 Toilettenpapier, Bettzeug, Handtücher mitbringen oder mieten. Sehr gut: Liegen und Sonnenschirm am schönen Strand inklusive. Personal überwiegend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein paar……

“Was uns nicht gefallen hat das die erste Tage nicht in die versprochen Zimmer die auf Schwimmbad zu sehen direkt bekommen haben, und das war eine versprechen von Expedia und nicht von Isaresidence. Von Isaresidence waren sehr nett und haben uns die gewünschte Zimmer zu Verfügung gestellt, das Service war toll sicher und ruhig.”

The town of Spinea itself had a lot to offer as well with lots of pizzerias, coffee shops, and an outdoor market. Perfect for our trip to Venice! ”

“The host is great, responded to the messages quickly and offered some additional info about visiting Venice. We were greeted personally and got a tour around the property. The brand-new unit is very spacious, comfortable, and has a giant terrace. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood and is a 5-minute walk to the train station. As the building is new, the washer has not been installed yet, and the Wi-Fi has not been connected.”

“The host Guerrino was absolutely amazing! Our flight was delayed and he was in constant contact with us making sure we arrived safely. We were driving from MXP to Cavarzere and didn’t arrive until 1:30am. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and was close to our family in Rovigo. I would definitely pick The Roses house to come back on our next trip to the Venezia area and recommend it to all looking for a central location near the beach and all the amazing attractions nearby.”
