“Amazing place! The ladies in reception of the hotel where we picked up the keys were so lovely. The apartment was stunning and over 2 floors, beautiful big bay window over looking the sea and the beds were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and tidy. Also loved the spa. “We loved our stay at Y Felin. The property is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Access to the surrounding farmland was excellent. We walked to the nearby pub on the lake and over the hills to Castell y Bere and Abergynolwyn. Views from every room are stunning. We loved just sitting on the terrace and listening to the stream, the lambs and birds. So relaxing.”

“We had a fantastic time staying in Rob's yurt. He's a great host - very friendly and helpful. ( He arranged bike hire for us at very late notice.)The Yurt is set up in it's own section of oak wood - full of owls and woodpeckers - overlooking Cadair Idris through the trees.No screens/wifi, a camp fire with cooking tripod, great walks/rides from a cosy Yurt with a log burner, chickens to befriend - what more could you want?!”

“The chalet was cute, compact & self contained. It did us really nicely, even with 5 of us. The owner was really helpful and always replied to any communication we made with her. The beds were comfy, even the put up one. The view is great. It would benefit from a shower being installed.”

“Lovely week in this house. We were 3 families. Made use of the 2 car park passes and were able to park the other car in the road alongside the car park. We spent most of our time in the kitchen/dining room which is a nice communal area. Showers were really powerful. Location is great for train station and walking down to the main area. Recommend the Indian restaurant and Dovey Inn.”

“Location excellent. Grounds and gardens beautiful with plenty of wildlife. Cottage quaint but in need of modernisation. Kitchen basic but needs new drawers as couldn't open many. Not much surface space to prepare food on. No where to keep supplies purchased other than work surfaces and fridge. Shower was not great, needs to be attached to the wall. Could do with a proper electric one to be honest. Bathroom bin not emptied from previous occupier. No wifi and phone signal not great. Not always a……
