“We enjoyed our stay. The weather was great and the pool was an asset. There should be some clean up of leaves as they get blown back in the pool. Older pool equipment that is just laying beside the house needs to be tossed or put into a storage bin. All in all it’s in a quiet neighborhood and would stay again if in Florida. ”

“Wasn't clearly stated it was a duplex, did not effect our stay. However owner of the property was there when we arrived and felt like he was lurking around a bit, not that we were doing anything wrong, just felt a little odd and kinda an invasion of privacy.”

“This house was the perfect place for someone going to the Melbourne area. The location was central to Sebastian inlet (South) or Coco Beach (north) and just an hour from Orlando! The house was clean, everything is labeled so it’s super easy to find things. The pool was so warm, our daughter swam for hours. Also, they are kind enough to have beach chairs there so you can avoid purchasing new just to leave them in a dumpster when vacation is over. They communicated quickly, I would recommend this……

“Nice property, lots of room(s) to spread out. All appliances in great shape.Communication with host was less than ideal, we did not get the door code on day of check in, I had to spend 30 min on phone with VRBO 7ntil they got a hold of the host. So we couldn't enter until 9 pm ”
