“This tiny house is very comfortable and cute. It is also very roomy for a tiny house. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the bats fly around in the evening. Unfortunately it was very cloudy so we didn't get to enjoy the stars. Maybe next time. We did not cook, but the kitchen is well stocked. This place has everything you need.”

“My wife and I used this as a getaway from a family reunion at a much larger house just about a mile away. The space is perfect and everything in the space appeared to be brand new. Highly recommend this spot for anybody going to Lake Hartwell.”

“My family came to the Basement Apartment for the weekend to celebrate 2 birthdays. We had a relaxing but fun day at the pool and pavilion in the owner's backyard. The pool was amazing and very well kept. We had a great steak dinner that we cooked on the Blackstone grill at the apartment entrance. We all had comfortable sleeping arrangements and enjoyed the oversized couches and the big TV screen for movies. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. And will definitely like to visit again ”
