“This is a great basic property. My room was clean and spacious, with parking right in front of my door. Refrigerator included a small freezer compartment, which was very helpful. Restaurant and pizzeria were a tiny walk away.”

“This property was gorgeous and the neighborhood was adorable! Everyone was polite and made great suggestions for food and things to do. The room and entire hotel were well kept. I would have given 5 stars, but the room we stayed in did not have a closet nor a refrigerator, which I would think are standards, even in an antique style property. I still highly recommend Mills Park Hotel, and would stay there again if ever I were to travel to Yellow Spring, Ohio. ”

“Don’t listen to the negative reviews — glad I gave this property a chance. I was visiting Yellow Springs for a quick work trip and The Springs Motel was the perfect place to stay for the night. With a passcode, my room was easily accessible at 11 at night. The bed was comfy, but a little too soft for my preference. Overall, I was very satisfied with this motel! ”
