Farmstay cabins in Western Australia, close to highway.

Ninghan Park Farm offers farm stay with two self-contained open plan accommodation cabins, sleeping up to six in each.
The property is set on 75 acres, you are welcome to take a stroll around the property.
We are unable to accommodate your fur babies however well behaved.

Each cabin has the following facilities: reverse cycle air-conditioning, kitchen equipped with microwave/ 4 burner gas hob/ pots & electric frypan.
Ensuite, queen bed, set of bunks, trundle bed and sofa bed, television, indoor / outdoor dining. We have a portable cot and high chair available at no extra charge and stunning views included. The cabins are open plan with all linen and towels supplied - just bring your favourite pillow although we supply those as well.
Fantastic views to wake up to with Jet & Bacon (our roosters) providing early morning wake up calls.
Come for an overnight stay or make us your base for local sightseeing.

Close to Geraldton and heritage listed Northampton, ideally situated halfway between Perth, Monkey Mia, Coral Bay or Exmouth.
Nearby attractions include windsurfing at Coronation Beach or fishing at Bowes River and Port Gregory. Surfing also at Bowes River.

Lovely owners and the kids got to feed and pat the animals. The beds were really comfortable, and we got to take back 2 freshly laid eggs which were super creamy and yummy.

We had such a lovely stay at this Ninghan farm stay! The kids had an amazing time exploring and especially loved meeting the animals, the turkeys, goat, and pigs were a huge hit! The whole property had a relaxed and welcoming vibe, and it was such a peaceful break away. Bonnie was friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. It’s a fantastic spot for families or anyone wanting a quiet escape with a bit of farm life thrown in. We’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful stay!

Bonnie was so lovely, very welcoming as soon as we got there. She was amazing with our kids, and more than happy to provide us with anything we needed. The place was very clean and had lovely amenities. We will be staying again next year!

The best place for a short stay near Geraldton, WA!

Bonnie and John are amazing and very friendly! The place reminded me of my childhood in the countryside. The property is clean and tidy, and the homemade cookies are delicious. They even took us on a farm visit – such a beautiful place! The toilets are clean, there are plenty of towels, and the house has space for 6 people to sleep. There’s lots of room for kids to play outside, a BBQ table, a gas stove, a modern microwave, and a fridge – everything you need for a short stay. It’s much better than most budget options. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks, Bonnie and John!

Great cosy cabin

Bonnie was very welcoming and accomodating to our plans that we had. We loved the cabin and the choccies were a special treat. We would love to stay again in the future. The kids loved watching the alpacas the next morning.

Such Lovely farm stay with awesome animals

Lovely stay! We could not expect more from such a lovely farm with awesome animals.(PS. We loved the animals, especially the liama and sheep, fish&chips ) We had a lovely time here at Geraldton, and thank you again for making our holiday one of the best in rural Australia!

The cabin had everything we needed, was perfect for our needs. Bonnie greeted us on arrival and was very friendly. The chocolates is a lovely touch. Having animals right at your fence you could pat and interact with was great. We will be back!

Such a beautiful location to stay at halfway for our trip. Bonnie was so kind and friendly, sending us a message in the morning of arrival to advise of road closures in the area, Bonnie then greeted us at the property upon arrival. Explained about the resident lamb and sheep. Henry the sheep is so kind and gentle with kids, our little one loved patting him! Highly recommend staying for a day, two or more if exploring the area. Great ammenities but the view outweighed everything!

E' un piccolo angolo di paradiso sperduto nelle vicinanze della cittadina di Northampton. Questa piccola Farm ha solo due cabin ma dotate di qualsiasi confort: giochi per bambini, cucina, moka!!! Ti fanno trovare nel frigo il latte per la colazione e una confezione di cioccolatini di benvenuto, caffè, te e acqua fresca. La stanza è un ambiente unico, il bagno è delle giuste dimensioni e la doccia molto spaziosa. Fuori dalla porta della cabin c'è Henry (una pecora grande pelosa e simpaticissima che risponde se la chiami) insieme ad una sua amica piccolina e ad un agnello, un paio di tacchini e tanti altri animali molto pittoreschi! La proprietaria è stata molto gentile, non poteva accoglierci di persona e ci ha fatto trovare una sua amica che con una torcia ha illuminato la strada per raggiungere la nostra stanza. Di notte fuori è buio pesto e questo ti permette di ammirare senza fiato il cielo e tutte le sue stelle in modo stupefacente. Alloggiate qui se potete senza ombra di dubbio!
