They advertised ‘Full Breakfast’. 1 waffle maker and a juice machine that doesn’t work, with some bread is not a ‘full breakfast’. Waffle batter was runny like water. Price was good. I’m ok with a continental breakfast, just stop advertising ‘Full Breakfast”.
Facility needs more maintenance inspections. Room door sticks bad, several door closers in the facility make the doors slam which causes a lot of unnecessary noise at night. Sink drained very slow leaving toothpaste residue, and toilet was not bolted to the floor and almost tipped over.
No clock in the room. Who wants to sit up in the middle of the night, turn the light on to find their phone, then put their classes on to see what time it is?
Owners seem very bossy to employees, they don’t acknowledge guests to make them feel welcome, not even a “good morning”. One staff member was friendly, but most were not.
They instantly took a $100 security deposit at check-in, but I was told at checkout the refund would take 5-7 days. How does that make sense? Maybe one day for the bank to post.
Charge the safe fee at check-out, if they safe is used. I’m sure a lot of people that don’t use the safe forget about the charge, and I was not asked at check-out if I even used the safe, so if I forgot I would have been charged. This can be seen as a dishonest practice. When I mentioned it, she immediately removed the charge, but I still have to wait 5-7 days to get my $100 deposit back. I didn't see this in their ad.
