“Absolutely disgusting.. Pictures do not look like the room complete Dirty. Rubbish under the bed. Mirrors had marks. Black strands of hair in cutlery draw. I left after 30 mins. Still trying to get my refund.. ”

“訂酒店的時候，以為是城市邊緣，但實際上要搭巴士半小時以上才能抵達，而且太偏僻，附近沒有任何商店。最近的便利店要步行超過20分鐘，對於沒有車的旅客來說非常不便。前台服務人員上班時間是9am-4pm，check-in的時候要留意！對於跨區駕車而來的人士，這間酒店是性價比很高的選擇，價格真的很便宜，對於一般旅客就真的要認真考慮了，在陌生地方住偏遠酒店感覺不太安全。”

“優點:地點佳，價格合理，服務人員會講中文。 缺點:房間冷氣故障，洗澡時水溫不是太熱就是太冷根本無法調整。”

“I'm glad I chose to stay in this unit than a Hotel in the City. A nice home away from home. Bed and Pillows are comfortable. Bedding was clean. Bathroom was clean with beautiful Sandalwood bodywash. Towels are lush quality. ”

“Great communication pre-arrival, organised transfers from/to airport. Very welcoming. Room was studio - very comfortable with plenty of space. Option for charge back to hotel from selected restaurants. Would definitely recommend. ”

“Be careful of poor communication. Expect that no one will be there to hear and help you in case you need assistance. They should have good effcetive communication at least during the stay. I liked the surroundings but hotel could improve in their professional and responsible compnents. ”

“We found stain on bed sheet so we ask for housekeeping service. However, we were being rejected as they insist they will only provide housekeeping service on the fourth day of our stay. Also, we are not happy with the security as well. Everyone from the park lot can easily access to our apartment.”

“Didn’t changed the used cups / glasses, but washed, however it’s not completed cleaned. ”
