East St Gem is only 6 miles from fabulous Boyne Resort, with Championship golf courses, zip lining and the midwest's largest indoor waterpark at Avalanche Bay. The Sky Bridge is open for fall color tours. BOYNE GOLF WITH 11 COURSES IS RATED BY USA TODAY A S A TOP 10 VISITED AREA.
We are also located ONLY TWO BLOCKS to downtown restaurants , shops and pubs and Lake Charlevoix.
Our vacation home is newly renovated, spacious and clean with all the comforts of home INCLUDING AIR CONDITIONING. Amenities include a large living room with Flexsteel Sofa, Samsung 55 in. Smart TV with Spectrum TV and WIFI. The master bedroom is oversized with a new king bed and a 43 in Smart TV with Netflix. There is also an ensuite bath with body wash and shampoo dispensers as well as a rain shower head. The private backyard features a deck for that morning coffee and serene outdoor living area, SEASONAL barbeque grill and firepit for your enjoyment. Attached garage for your convenience, we even have bicycles and yard games for you to use.. Leave your car parked and WALK TO EVERYTHING! Only 2 blocks to shopping, restaurants, pubs, Lake Charlevoix, Public Boat Launch and Boyne's Famous Farmers Market. You'll love Friday's Stroll the Streets and Wednesday's free concerts in Veterans Park. . Second time here and love this place. Check in was very smooth. House was very clean and the amenities and welcome gift basket were a nice touch and very thoughtful. Conveniently located to everything we wanted to do-golf, shop, wineries and breweries and a ton of restaurants. Definitely will rent again!

This house was just perfect for our stay. The accommodations were wonderful and the hosts were too. We enjoyed being able to take a short walk into town and also a short drive into other towns to explore. Boyne City is quaint and cute. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay! Easy check in and out. The place was clean and had everything you could need. The location was excellent. Only a 10 minute walk into town and it was such a nice town to explore. We went to the farmers market on Saturday morning and it was only 2 blocks away on the water. Also, only a short drive to Boyne Mountain, Petoskey, and Charlevoix.

It was perfect!!

We had a wonderful stay!! The house was cute, clean, comfortable and conveniently located!! We used it as our ‘base camp’ to come home to after day trips to Mackinac Island, Sleeping Bear sand dunes, Traverse its and Petoskey!!! Would definitely stay again!!

Incredible stay in Boyne!

We have stayed in several rentals in Boyne City and this was by far the best one! It had everything we needed! The location was perfect and it was sparkling clean! We plan to book it again for next year!

Love this place!!!

This is the perfect place to stay and either play or relax. The owners reached out beforehand and the place had absolutely everything we could need or want. It is close to town so you can walk. There are games to play, bikes to ride, books to read. It is decorated adorably. It is definitely a home away from home. We absolutely loved it!!!

Boyne City Beauty

Overall impression in one word: impressive! This 2 bedroom / 2 bath 'home' is located in a residential neighborhood close to downtown and it checked all the boxes. It was literally a home away from home, where all the essentials are provided. Bring your clothes and bring your food. There's plenty of storage for both. Everything in the listing was accurate except the tennis courts are nearby, not on-site. Things that were appreciated that aren't on the extensive amenity listing: * individual room thermostats; * back porch bench swing perfect for two; *bicycles for the whole family (we didn't use them, but very nice for the bike enthusiasts, especially with so many paved bike trails in the area); *starter snack basket and bottled waters were generous; *coffee was just the way we do it at home; *labels on light switches and written directions were very clear, making it easy to feel at home right away; *make-up remover wipes - I brought my own, but that's a nice touch; *decor was tasteful and renovation was well done; *rain shower heads with low threshold step-in shower with dispenser soap and shampoo installed (no conditioner); *ceiling fans helped circulate warm air that gets trapped in the cathedral ceilings. We had 85 degrees then 2 days later a high of 45 degrees. We were comfortable in both extremes with the heating/cooling system. Highly recommended.

Winter ski trip

Perfect location, just 10 minutes to the mountain. Enjoyed the downtown, the local sledding hill and the skiing at Boyne. House was very clean and comfortable. The garage was very helpful to house all our ski gear. BC pizza (3 minutes away) was delicious, as was the traditional "bumpy" cake.

Northern Michigan ski trip

We spent 4 nights at this house and it was great. Perfect location for dining in Boyne and we visited 4 different ski area's! Loved having garage access for loading and unloading everyday to avoid the cold and snow.
