“We had a nice few days in the garage studio apartment. The location worked well for our visit. It is about a mile walk into town. There aren't any streetlights for the last part of the walk, so be aware if you plan to return (by walking) after dark. The apartment is open plan; the bedroom area does not close off from the kitchenette or living area. The living area is roomy with a couple of couches and a small table. The bed was comfortable. “This property is clearly managed by someone who takes pride in being a welcoming host. Upon arrival, the house is warm and inviting. As others have mentioned, having snacks on the counter and drinks in the fridge help you to settle in quickly. The house is right off of Main Street and, depending on weather, easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We used it has a home base for skiing at Treetops and it was an easy 8min drive.
