This was a great location, close to everything. We enjoyed having so many bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the pool and the dock!

Great spot for our 2 week stay

Home was as advertised. 15-20 minutes from everywhere we went. Like all homes, showing some signs ofwear and tear, but nothing significant. Brampton Park was an excellent site manager. Responded quickly every time it was needed.

Great House for Multiple Families

The house was very nice. Clean. Management was very attentive to needs! The pool was fantastic! Would be nice to have a few staples like salt and pepper provided. The house was perfect for two families. Two onsuites. Would stay again.

Misrepresentation of Property

Not cleaned up to standards indicated on site. I have Photos as proof. Broken locks on doors, outside was in need of pressure washing which was only done bc a realtor was showing prospective buyers the house which was a complete inconvenience to us. We had a newborn that should not have been exposed to the numbers of people who came through.

Great Escape

We were a large group of 8 adults and the house easily accommodated us. Super comfy beds and close to Del Ray’s Atlantic Avenue if you are looking to head down there. The backyard provided all day fun with a good size swimming pool and your own dock right on the canal. The kayaking and fishing was an added bonus! Carla and Paul were extremely responsive hosts as well. I would definitely rent again!

Excellent family vacation home!

We are a family group of six and the house was the perfect getaway during the pandemic. The pool was inviting as were the kayaks. We hope the corn hole game is replaced after the pandemic. Having two king sized beds was a real bonus for our four adults. We will definitely use Brampton Park again.

I can't imagine a beautiful setting.

This property surpassed our wildest expectations. The design, comfort, upscale remodeled amenities and Location for this truly dazzling home are unparalleled in this price range. Nestled in an exclusive and historic community, East of I-95, this area offers immediate access to all a Vacationing couple/family would want. This area, Chapel Hill of Delray Beach, has for years been populated by Surgeons, Doctors and older established Medical Professionals is perfectly situated for the wonders and Charms of both Deiray Beach's Cafes and stylish surroundings of Atlantic Avenue. And the more low key intimate social scene of East Boynton Beach. Its a wonderful and very well sized home that has been complereoy remodeled and walking distance to everything South Florida has to offer. The pool is truly a beautiful slice if Art, the kids are loving it. The owner obviously takes great pride in his hone, and the greeters and management team are top.notch. Akways available for even the most mundane requests. The team at Brampton Vacation Rentals are relentlessly attentive, quite gracious and eager to please and accomodate. I know one thing, my next Vacation, I will be using these folks

Great spot for the family!

We have greatly enjoyed this property, especially the pool. The layout and number of rooms and bathrooms allowed for all the kids to sleep undisturbed. All interactions with the property managers have been quick, easy and helpful. We will definitely consider this property in the future.

Lovely Stay at a Lovely Property

Our group of 6 had a great stay at this property. The home is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with no traffic noise at all - the layout suited us perfectly - 2 master suites on one side, for the adults, and guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the house. Well stocked home with plenty of kitchen equipment etc. Check in/ check out was simple and easy. We have used Brampton Park management before and always had a great experience.

Fantastic home

Fantastic home - great layout with 2 master suites on 1 side of the home, and the 2 other bedrooms on the other side. Backyard is bigger than it looks in the photos and very peaceful and quiet. Home is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with no traffic. Have used Brampton Park before and the homes are always meticulously maintained.
