“it was the worst experience I ever had booking with Hotels. It is not a place or management team that is worth of being on your platform. In the email of confirmation there was nothing said about the place not offering bed linen, towels or even TOILET PAPER..... indeed we arrived and had none of the above. “Perfectly thought out hotel and amazing people with a special shout out to Morgane who was particularly wonderful and helpful. We checked out in the morning our final day, stored our luggage in the luggage room and still skied a full day. The luggage room is equipped with showers so we were able to clean up and change for dinner before our transport picked us up late in the evening. “Absolutely wonderful hotel, and what makes it so good is the staff. They are the friendliest, most helpful staff anyone could ask for, a real credit to the owners. It is a boutique hotel with 30 rooms and has a very personal feel about it. You really do feel part of the family when you stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. Absolute best location for us!withe the ski lift, the rental place was right beside hotel along with a great spot to eat, made everything super easy! (make reservations) the staff was accommodating, had great recommendations, was able to get all 5 of us into the spa for massages, and we all enjoyed the pool/sauna/ relaxation areas after being on the MTN. “I found this property to be lovely spot to stay with lovely design and very convenient. The food was okay, not great for the cost with breakfast buffet being mostly cold (as in eggs, bacon, pancakes). To be honest I found most of the staff to be unfriendly bordering on almost rude, it was always as though you were an unwelcomed inconvenience.”
