“Wir haben im Juli 2024 unseren ersten Urlaub in Kroatien in diesem traumhaft gelegenen Ferienhaus verbracht. Dieses ist hervorragend ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Das Haus steht inmitten von Olivenbäumen und liegt oberhalb der Bucht von Pučišća. Aufgrund der Lage und Ruhe konnten wir hier sehr gut ausspannen, abschalten und relaxen. Auch unserem Hund hat es hier, dank des großen Gartens gut gefallen. Danke Tonci für den sehr herzlichen Empfang und das wir die Möglichkeit hatten, in Deinem……

“Aussenbereich- sehr schön. Vermieter war sehr nett und freundlich. Wohnung mit Spinnenweben und dreckigen Toiletten. Ein Zimmer war verschimmelt, roch auch so. Alte Möbel und Kochenutensilien (teilweise stinkend), abweichend von den Bildern. Trotzdem schönen Urlaub gehabt.”

“Sehr nette Vermieter, haben uns eigenen Wein Olivenöl und etwas zu essen zu Willkommen geschenkt und uns sogar eine Werkstatt empfohlen, die uns super günstig mein Auto repariert hat. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Keine Kritikpunkte, vielen Dank”

“We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Sumica, would highly recommend it. The Villa itself was big enough for 3 families, great living spaces and the outside areas were stunning. Supermarkets only a short walk away, and the port a 5 minute walk down the hill with plenty of bars and restaurants (peperoncin and the pub were fantastic). Really handy for the ferry terminal to split also. We hired boats for a day, and also a car for a day to see more of the island. A great holiday for everyone, children……

“This house is an absolute gem! Immaculately clean, with all the facilities a family of 8 like mine needed. 3 bathrooms which is super convenient, despite then being very dated and a little difficult to use the shower, but exactly as described. The kitchen perfectly functional, the township conveniently located. but the gem of this house is the patio out the front. If the sun is shining you needed be inside! It’s spacious and gets all the sunlight throughout the day. The owner lives next door and……
