“Flat was very clean and well-maintained and hosts were very friendly, communicative, and very eager to help if I needed any. Flat was also very centrally located to grocery and dining options as well as feeling very safe and being nice and quiet in the evening. Look forward to staying here again in the future!”

“Cleanliness - disappointing really. I understand that they provide cleaning once a week, but the floor was not thoroughly hoovered/ surfaces were not cleaned thoroughly before we went in, so by day 3 - it was not in a clean state. We stayed for 7 days - General hygiene rule being we should change our towels every 3 days, and we were only given 1 set of towel each (so we ended up using the same towel over 7 days/ 6 nights), pretty horrible. This can be easily solved if they provided us 2 sets……

“Spacious room with most basic equipment for cooking. Air conditioning is also available. Room amenities quite well maintained. Staff are very nice and helpful. Great location, very near to Farnborough Main train station, and 20 mins walk to Farnborough North. Also very close to the Meads shopping centre with many shops and restaurants. Rooms facing the road might hear more noise from cars passing by. It would be better if the bath tub is changed to shower to avoid water splashing on the floor,……

“In my opinion, the apartment is pretty good expect that its location is a little inconvenient, as need in designated Hotel to arrange check in service. Room is tidy and clean. Overall check out arrangement is quite good and simple. ”

“Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. The only TV is in the kitchen and so relaxing at the end of the day before bed by watching TV was not really possible My food had to be stored insecurely The access to the room I booked was up very steep steps with a low ceiling This……

“Went on holiday for a couple weeks in the UK. This was my favorite room that I rented due to the kind owner and the amenities. The room had a Microwave & Refrigerator/freezer, which is something that all of the other hotel rooms I rented lacked. The neighborhood was nice and it was pleasant able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, train station and Kew Gardens/Palace. I felt safe walking around even when it started to get dark. The room was very affordable too in comparison to the nearby……

“Nice stay in this service apartment for 4nights. Easy access. The apartment is spacious and there is coffee machine provided. There are some utensils where you can cook your meal but no salt pepper or oil provided. Washing machine and free parking is a bonus. The service is within walking distance to train stations, there are buses around where you can easily get to London central. Tesco is not far away, just some minutes walk. Overall I think it is a nice place to stay.”
