“Great location, close to everything and very safe neighborhood. House was large enough for our party of 8. It would sleep 9 comfortably (4 couples and 1 single). Our property manager Derrick was terrific! The house showed its age with cracks in the stovetop, master walls, etc, but was was sufficient for a decent rental. Cleaning crew needs to do a thorough cleaning, it was very dusty and you had to be careful where you put your clothes so they didnt pick up the dust. Unfortunately, the heater……

“This place is conveniently located to lots of shops and dining. It was comfortable and roomy. ”

“This home was the perfect place for our time in Oakland. It's close to shopping & other things the small town has to offer. Ronnie was a responsive host & even had the house decorated for Christmas since our stay was over the holiday. We had 5 adults & 2 kids in our group and the home was great for us to all be together or do our own thing for a while. We will definitely stay here for our next trip to Oakland. ”

“Let me start about my experience prior to the booking process. I inquired about a grill because it wasn't one of the amenities listed. Venus graciously went out and bought one. That my friends goes to show you her fantastically amazingly accommodating generosity. Then I had a senior moment and booked the wrong week. Venus again graciously moved It at no extra charge. Then my flight was canceled and I needed to add another day to my stay. Venus again graciously added it at a very great rate.Then……

“This house was perfect for our mixed generation group of 11. It had everything we needed for a fantastic long weekend- safe location, plenty of gathering space inside and out, single floor so no stairs for babies and older folks all within a clean well-stocked house!”

“Overall, a good stay. Owners were very attentive to issues and communicated well. Furniture was different than pictures, but understood why owners had to recently change it. Beautiful home and property and enjoyed morning walks and coffee on patio. ❤️”

“It wasn't as big as the pictures made things out to be, but that's typical and everything was really great. Quiet is what I was after and I got that. The only issue I had was not a property management problem, but it was handled swiftly, and I personally think the young lady went over and above when it came to her trying to rectify the situation. I didn't get a chance to thank her, but we were most certainly pleased with her efforts and understanding. To her we say thank you. ”
