You cannot cook, due to propane safety concerns. This was not explained upfront.
The light switch breakers were off. Owner had to come and fix. Blamed me.
Owners husband ran weed blower till 9pm
He also runs power tools in the garage in the earlier AM.
Owner never introduced herself or said welcome to my back yard. This is much more like a sleep over than a hotel
It was clean, and in a good location for Tampa or sarosota.
The price was excellent. Her binder of rules should be available on expedia before you rent .
Bathroom and bedroom were clean and well stocked.
Parking is in issue. If both RVs are rented..
