Look at this stunning brand-new 2nd floor lake view Condo at Lakewood located in Lakewood Ranch FL ! This is one-of-a-kind Arnold Palmer designed Golf Course is a peaceful place to be ! This property is almost 1200 square feet , spacious, open plan , raised ceilings 2-bedroom & 2-bathroom. It is our Happy Place and we would like to invite you to experience the mists of leaving in this community ! We assure you that your family and friends will enjoy the spacious living room, sleek and stylish kitchen that flows through the dining room that is a perfect place for a family meal gathering. The vibe of a condo greats you with elegant furniture, soothing colors brings you a special atmosphere to every room.

We are ready for you !!! All you need to bring is your luggage, and golf cubs :) Our happy Place includes a gourmet kitchen fully equipped with plates, mugs, glasses, pots, etc. We haven't forgot about the beach bag and beach towels or your laundry detergent :) Come by rested that we got you !!! come ho extended beautiful quartz countertops features wood cabinets, along with casual dining with bay windows to enhance the beautiful view while you are preparing your favorite meals. Gorgeous master suite with KING size bed and a flat screen TV for romantic comedy ! Walking Closets! Would you like to take a shower or do you feel like a Bath ? We got it both !

Did We mention about your balcony space when you can chill and sip on a glass of wine overseeing water and a golf course ? Or watching sunrise and Sunset?

The condo also offers a separate storage room perfect to keep your bicycles, or golf equipment. This is a perfect place for you and your family to spend your unforgettable vacation. As an addition we would like to mention that Lakewood National is close to the beautiful #1 rated beach in the USA called Siesta Key! where the white sands and softness of the earth will soothe your biggest worries away and you will be able to distress by listing to ocean Waves . Also, you can visit Anna Maria Island, Lido Beach and Longboat Key! But if you don't feel like leaving You don't even need to leave the community to have a delicious meal, you can dine in the beautiful restaurant at the clubhouse or join your friends at the Tiki bar for Trivia Night !. This is a perfect place for your vacation stay!

Winter Getaway

Our home away from home. The condo was well kept, comfortable and relaxing for our stay in an active community that offered many amenities. Anna made sure that Lakewood National was aware of our arrival which made the access to the community and it's amenities effortless. A great host!
