“Excellent location, tidy and clean. Parking takes a bit of working out and more advice beforehand would have helped. Comfy bed and great facilities in the studio. The heater was a bit awkward having only 2 settings, off and volcano. There was no way to adjust because the controls were locked. All in all an excellent choice once you've worked out the virtual front desk. If you are booking with Expedia check all the emails for your entrance code. They sent me 7 different emails and I missed the……

“We hadn’t appreciated what a gorgeous location this property was in. The view from the front of the cottage over the reservoir is gorgeous, and a first floor reading nook is so cosy and gives the feeling of being by the sea side! The property is really tastefully decorated, making it feel like a home from home. The check in process was really smooth and easy to understand. The weather during our visit was terrible but we would love to come back again with better weather to take advantage of all……

“在歐洲來回好幾次了，也常居過，第一次遇到飯店強制在9pm後要一個小時付10鎊的費用，也就是如果12點才到飯店，那就要付給他們30鎊，所以我直接要求給我密碼，不需要什麼歡迎入住的儀式。 進去房間後，打掃很糟，很多地方都有灰塵，廚房用具也很髒，人員也很無禮跟粗魯，打掃又懶惰，期待你用的乾淨讓他們可以隨意清理就好，否則態度就很差，甚至還會被說教。 老實說，不想做就別做，但還說教也太惡劣。 所以這間飯店就是你要額外給錢才會有好的服務，真是糟糕又丟臉。 另外，如果不喜歡party後吵雜的環境，請不要考慮這，位置是同志村，如果怕吵或想好好休息的人，住這裡只會一肚子氣。 總之，服務人員是個對華人態度很惡劣的人，不過如果你多付錢，也許就不一樣了。 完全不推薦這裡，即使地點離市區不遠。”
