“Over all this location and set up worked well for us. The outside needs work for curb appeal - trimming, leaves blown off sidewalks/back porch. Master bedroom missing pull down shades-afternoon sun was hot! Mattresses are very firm. Retro vibe which was fun. Lots of space for gathering. Very clean.”

“This house was comfortable and gorgeous! Our kids and dogs loved seeing the birds and even a beaver off the dock. The fire pit right on the water hit the spot on a beautiful evening. There were toys for the kids and extra supplies for everyone. It’s literally right around the corner from Lucille Ball’s childhood home as well. Fantastic location! Fantastic hosts! Gorgeous house! ”

“An Enchanting Escape into Simpler TimesThis little cabin near Ellicottville is pure magic. It feels as though it was built from the forest itself — every timber, porch post, and antique detail breathing the quiet soul of the surrounding woods. The views of the Appalachian foothills are stunning, and the atmosphere is calm in a way you almost forget exists anymore.The porch is a dream — especially the cushioned wooden swing overlooking the pond. “Very clean property. It was pretty hot during our stay and the A/C worked well. All linens were provided. Very comfy for the two of us and our small dog. We made breakfast each morning with provided farm fresh eggs! Thank you. There was also water in fridge to get us started. The yard was well kept and had a nice view. Great place to star gaze by the fire and close to Kinzua and Chapman State Park for kayaking. ”
