“Our family chose Kentucky to celebrate a milestone birthday & visit Makers’s Mark Distillery. One of the primary reasons we decided on this property was that it was dog friendly. The property itself is warm, inviting and spacious. The owner had great/fast communication —and even stopped by when we couldn’t figure out how to work the television. Throughout our time on the farm, we truly felt like we were being woven into the local fabric. ”

“Thank you for offering this lovely home away from home. We appreciated the special touches throughout and quiet country retreat with family. Children could run and play, plenty of gathering spaces, lovely views and great well equipped kitchen for family meals. And the cows were a fun experience 😊”

“House was nice but not practical for people our age 70. No handrails going down to the basement area, we made it work but, but we had to be very careful. Loved seeing the livestock, but was a little distan”

“Very clean, small little touches of hospitality. Pet friendly accommodations were great. Photos and memorabilia of the home owner, and antique pieces of history were a nice touch as well. We had a great time outdoors as well, as the home is situated at the start of the Green River Lake State Park. 10/10 would definitely recommend, and would love to go again. ”
