“Nicole the host was great.. loved the beachy feel of the interior.. was happy she was dog friendly for my 8 pound dog! Weather was lovely and it was close to everything. Nice and quiet since I was before Memorial Day”

“We selected this location because of its proximity to family. It was immaculately clean and well-stocked with all the necessities. Stephan was highly responsive each time we reached out. Our only problem was the heat in the house. The weather was unseasonably cold and we needed to rely on the heat. It wasn’t working and we needed to reach out to Stephan several times. He responded appropriately by first providing space heaters, and ultimately replacing the broken thermostat. We would definitely……

“The best part about our stay was the private beach access. While the house was cute and what you’d generally expect for a beach house, there were a number of things that were disappointing given the price of the rental. For example, it was advertised that there was a washing machine but you couldn’t load the detergent. One of the air vents was taped into the wall (otherwise it fell out) and it was difficult to open/lock some of the doors.”

“The owner takes pride in this home! It’s Beautiful there is everything you could ever need or want during your stay. They go above and beyond! Any family or couple would be so happy to stay here, communication is top shelf. I can only keep going on at how Beautiful this home is! ”

“Our stay was absolutely incredible, the hosts have you covered and thought about all your needs from beach passes to beach supplies, all amenities from cooking, hygiene, linens, a welcome book with all the info you’d need with instructions for the cottage and local attractions. An A+++ stay and we’ll be back for sure you can’t beat the proximity to the beach, boardwalk, Waterpark, and jersey shore house for pics 😎. Kids said it was their favorite vacation yet and didn’t want to leave, thank you……

“Property was clean, 1 block from beach, and off street parking (although tight but appreciated!). We were supplied beach badges, bedding and a few towels. Enclosed yard with picnic tables, outdoor shower and grill. LOVED our stay and will be back next year!”

“Daniel's cottage is spacious (certainly for one person), clean, and well located, just a short walk into town or to the beach. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and everything went smoothly. Beach badges a major plus! Would definitely stay there again.”

“The house was great, very open allowing us to comfortably spread out after a day at the beach. The outdoor patio is great plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy the outdoors. Location was a short walk to the beach not difficult at all to cross 35 to get there!!”

“This is a lovely little gem. Although it's a tiny space, it really suited my needs perfectly. The hosts, Kevin and Dawn, were gracious and accommodating from check-in to check-out. Just a few short blocks from the beach and you're able to enjoy all the Jersey shore offers. The cottage is packed with amenities and considerate touches that made me feel at home. I would definitely stay here again. feel like home”

“Easy walks to local restaurants. The beach was nice. Enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs/loungers watching the activity on the water and on Sandy Hook’s bay beaches. Centrally located to a variety of things, including taking the Seastreak ferry into Manhattan. Appreciated the available parking for our rental car as grocery stores and such are a bit too far to walk. But it’s worth it to be on the beach. 😀. Thank you Dennis for creating this space.”

“We had an amazing experience at screen door cottage! It was cozy and just the right size for my family of 3 plus our dog! Great pool right on premises along with everything you need outdoors. We will definitely be booking again! ”
