"When we arrived in Saskatoon it was difficult to get hold of the host. We finally got the code and it didn't work. We got in after an hour and a half. The next day, again, the lock wouldn't open the door. We waited 3 hours for the host, plus communicating with VRBO, and finally had to find our own ..."
