Weekend family vacation / get away

We couldn’t check in until four in the afternoon and had to be out by 10 in the morning on Sunday, and so even if you have two nights you feel as if you only had one day. The price was rather high for just one full day…. And two nights . It wasn’t on the lake but It was a clean and a decent rental unit.

Nice cabin part of a timeshare organization.

Overall the cabin was a nice stay with some inconveniences. After booking my reservation the owner notified me the cabin was double booked. After calling VRBO they let me know another reservation had the same confirmation number but for different dates. I came to the conclusion quickly that the owner was trying to accommodate the other reservation first in extending their stay before my one night stay. After three days of stress the owner notified me she was able to rent another cabin for the week to accommodate my reservation. After checking in at the causeway timeshare the front desk notified me that I could’ve rented the cabin directly from them versus VRBO and saved a large sum of money. None the less we did have a great time renting the cabin as it’s in a great location near Gull Lake, Zorbaz, and Your Boat Club.

Great experience!

Very nice accommodations. Pools were nice. The marina was very convenient and also the restaurant zorbaz’s was super close and fun. Owner was very pleasant to talk with. Would do it again!
