Déjà nous trouvons ça très boff, à 16h30 nous voulions leur demander de venir nettoyer la salle de bain car pleins pleins de cheveux dans la douche par terre etc et bien toujours personne a l’accueil et j’ai oublié de préciser qu’il ne parle pas 1 mot anglais seulement roumain… le monsieur nous explique lors de notre arrivée que le petit……

“Beautiful hotel however the bed was terrible. Very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were hard and seemed very cheap. For how much care and attention they put into the rest of the hotel I was very surprised that they didn’t put more thought into the mattress and pillows. The sheets weren’t soft either.
