"The room was nice and the staff was great and it was convenient for an overnight stay off the highway. The rooms, however, are by the parking lot like a motel so there was a lot of people loitering and people smoking right out side the room.....not much the staff can do about that, but it may be ..."

"Digital key didn't work either upon entry (so couldn't go straight to my room) or after they said they fixed it. Didn't clean room after night #1 -- policy is apparently to clean only every other night. That is fine as a policy but should make that clear up front since it is not the norm."
