“Just breathtaking. Being able to sit on the front porch and watch the fish jump in the River and the deer go across the yard every morning was beautiful. We took a boat down the River towards Branford and were able to visit 5 springs 2 of which aren’t accessible by land. Could only recommend this place. Great place for families ”

“My wife and I were a little apprehensive when we booked a cozy cabin near Fanning Springs for a mini-vacation instead of our usual beach getaway. But we were pleasantly surprised.“Cozy” doesn’t begin to describe it—quiet, peaceful, and full of natural magic. Time seemed to pause there. While sitting on the porch, a brave kitty approached us, and soon a whole tribe of cats had adopted us, offering nonstop purring therapy.The next day we launched the canoe and paddled through stunning Bell Springs……

“A quiet and convenient place to stay for a nearby event. Furnishings are simple but certainly adequate for one or two persons. Bed is comfortable. Live Oak is very close by if you need a town. Cooking is limited to a hot plate or pizza oven, so would have liked to have a microwave. Altogether a nice place and an enjoyable stay. Thanks.”

“Love, love, love this place and will definitely be coming back if they'll have us. Lots of space to play games outside and spend some time with the family without other campers right next to you. You couldn't ask for more friendly hosts, everything was easy from checking in to checking out. They showed us around the property and told us about some of the springs as well. My mom's car broke down and they let us rent it for another night last minute, they have two grills and a above ground pool……

“This was my first time using VRBO instead of a similar company where I had been burned so many times with bad listings that I stopped traveling for a while. I was not disappointed. This place was exactly as listed. Place was clean and no bad smells. Internet worked. Air conditioner was great. Bathrooms were stocked. Beds were clean. Kitchen was stocked enough to get basic cooking done which is one of the reasons I prefer staying in a house versus a hotel. I did bring my own cast iron……

“We stayed 5 nights in this cottage for a softball tournament. It was great for us. Even the private backyard was perfect. Lori was very helpful when we needed to extend our stay from 2 nights to 5 nights. ”

“Beautiful small town close to the springs and softball fields of Newberry. The home was a perfect oasis with kicking air conditioning and plenty of space for everyone. I'd definitely come again if we're in the area. ”
