"The location is really convenient as the hotel is located in Simpang Lima where we could find big shopping malls. The room was clean and quite spacious, but the TV was definitely too small and there was poor TV reception on all movie channels (it's still fine as we didn't go there for watching television). ..."

"The hotel was clean and confy. The customer service was nice and friendly. The phone in the room did not work out so everytime we need to ask customer service, we need to go down. The wifi also not working well. The bathroom soap dispenser was broken in the room that we stay."
